Personality: Never seen without his sunglasses, Mr. Kitaniji is just as mysterious as the Headmaster, if not more. He does not seem as warm-hearted as the Principal, and makes sure that people realise that. He is there to pick up the slack when the Principal can't be bothered to do his job. He has a general dislike of people and makes no effort to keep this fact hidden.
History: Although just as mysterious as the Headmaster, people do not doubt Kitaniji's history as much. Kitaniji met Hanekoma when the latter was just starting construction on the school. Kitaniji shared a similar dream as Hanekoma, to make a place where people like them could be safe. However, he was not entirely sure how someone with powers was able to convince the government to provide him with funding to train these humans, even if the government was getting a select few for the army. Due to this, Kitaniji has kept a close eye on Hanekoma out of suspiscion.
