1) There is no limit to the amount of Characters a user may have, provided they keep them all active.
2) When creating a power, be sure to give it limitations. Any powers without obvious limitations, or without a through explanation, will not be accepted.
3) Only Staff members may create and play as any of the Staff at Hanekoma High
4) The Personality and History sections MUST be at least 1 paragraph long. Any shorter and they will not be accepted.
5) Pictures are allowed for Aperance. If a picture is not used, the description of the character's apperance must be at least one paragraph. Any app with no picture and a brief description will not be accepted.
6) At most, any character can have a maximum of two different powers.
